YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [EMAIL] with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened and in their original, sealed packaging

• In the same condition as received

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns on opened food products for hygiene and food safety reasons, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This exception applies only to products whose seal has been broken.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [EMAIL] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
