  1. GENERAL

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NECTICO website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

NECTICO is a brand operated by Enigma 101 Global j.d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia.

  1. PRODUCTS

All honey products sold by NECTICO are raw, single-origin Slovenian honey sourced from independent beekeepers. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible; however, natural products may vary slightly in colour, texture, and flavour between batches.

Weight and volume stated on product pages are approximate. Net weight is indicated on each product label in compliance with EU food labelling regulations.

  1. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. VAT is calculated based on the delivery country in accordance with EU VAT regulations and the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of checkout, or at the time of dispatch for pre-orders (where applicable). We accept major credit and debit cards.

  1. ORDERING & PRE-ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including stock limitations or suspected fraud.

For pre-orders: your order reserves your place. Payment may be collected at the time of order or at the time of dispatch, as indicated during checkout. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship across the European Union from our fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Orders above €25 qualify for free EU shipping.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at [EMAIL] within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, as described in our Refund & Return Policy. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery, for hygiene and food safety reasons.

  1. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or national law.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the NECTICO website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Enigma 101 Global j.d.o.o. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply where they offer greater protection.

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we will assess each case individually.

  1. CHANGES

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
